Max Skylink Day 1

Lunar Logbook – Day 1

By “Max Skylink” – Solo Lunar Vacationer

Date & Time: Earth 08:42

Location: Aboard the Virgin 7X en route to the Moon

Mood: 70% excited, 30% panicking, 100% alone

"Time to start this log. I’m using an alias. This trip is my escape, my dream."

I used to work in a bread factory—same routines, same loops. Then one day, I became a millionaire… and booked a Moon vacation.

Inside the Virgin 7X:

  • A console with more buttons than I know
  • A helmet that echoes my heartbeat
  • An AI named MIRA judging every move
  • Floating soup packs poised like micro meteorites

First meltdown: Tried playing music—triggered a heat alarm. MIRA screamed “OVERHEAT WARNING.” Just my nerves.

Lessons today:

  • Space loneliness is oddly peaceful
  • Chasing dreams feels right, even clumsily
  • Floating soup + sneeze = chaos

Tomorrow: Lunar landing. Plan: breathe, think, avoid random buttons.
