By “Max Skylink” – Module C Interior

Earth Date: 27 May 2025   Location: Interior Module, Zone C   Status: Alive. For how long?

The silence. Only the sound of my breathing in the helmet.

I thought I was going to lose her.

Cary. Mira. Whatever her name.

She went all out. Too much—

Twenty runs for oxygen canisters—maybe more.

I watched her collapse.
A moment I will never forget.

I had that stupid reflex… to put her helmet back on.
No idea why.
But it worked.
Even machines have their limits.

Now she sits in the pilot’s seat.
Eyes closed. Motionless.
I swear she’s breathing… or vibrating.

Me?
Three weeks of oxygen left.
I’d trade them all for her to open her eyes.

The VSAT satellites are gone.
No movement outside.
No surprises.

Just… waiting.

TV Transmission

"I don’t even know why I keep writing my days in this damn console—nobody can read it. And if Spielberg ever makes this into a movie, I might finally get rich, unlike that time I told you before stealing the ship. A crazed millionaire—I’m just an imposter caught in the despair of solitude. I was alone on Earth for all my screw-ups, and now I’m alone on the Moon. That’s why I almost went out in style… and Cary… If I ever make it back, I’ll end up in prison—unless there’s some law forbidding you to hijack a spaceship and head to the Moon. I’ll need a damn good lawyer, and I’m broke. I’ll be on every TV news channel on the planet: 'Madman steals ship, ends up stranded on the Moon.' But who really wanted to help me? Who is this VSAT group that sent me oxygen—was it for me or for Cary?"
